Fish Balls

ooh, i make this mouth catching food when i feel such craving!! you can try this at home.

Ingredients:

-2 cups Flaked Fish
-4 tbsp. Floor
- fresh or evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp. green onion leaves
- oil for sautéing
- sugar

Seasonings:

Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste


Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix flaked fish, flour and milk.
  2. Add salt and pepper, green onion leaves.
  3. Put mixture in fridge until it is firm and sticky.
  4. Form into small balls.
  5. Drop balls into boiling water. Remove, then sauté in oil to brown.
  6. Serve fish balls with sweet 'n sour sauce. To make sauce: Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
